How does a Photoshoot work?
We decide on a location or you come to my home studio.
I will pose you and light you to produce some beautiful images for you. You do not need to worry abut being able to pose. I will direct you. That's my job.
I offer a mix of posed, lifestyle and documentary images.
-A posed image is you looking at the camera.
-A lifestyle image is directed by me but it is more about you and the relationship you have with the person you are with. So You will be interacting with them rather than with the camera.
-A documentary image is basically me looking onto a natural situation taking place and taking images without you being aware.
How long does it take?
A typical Photoshoot takes between 1-2 hours
You can bring as many outfit changes as you wish.
Unlimited family members
Do I get A Sneak Peek?
I usually try and provide a sneak peek slideshow within a week of your Photoshoot.
This can either be made public on Facebook and Instagram or sent to you privately.
I will never show anything publicly without your permission.
What kind of gear do you use?
I have 3 professional camera's and a multitude of professional lenses and lighting gear.
Do I have to order prints through you?
I would prefer you order prints through me but it is not mandatory.
I cannot guarantee how the prints will turn out if you purchase them elsewhere.
I use professional printing labs because I want my prints to look great on your walls.
How long before I receive my images.
I will try and have them ready for you within 3 weeks. Sooner if I can. I love working on my images to make them as beautiful as I can. And I love showing them to my clients.
So you can be assured I will be working as quickly as I can for you to see. You will be sent an online gallery to view where you can purchase prints, canvas, framed prints, fine art if you wish. It will be online for one month.
Do you travel outside the Gympie area?
If I have to travel more than 60 kms from Gympie I will ask a flat $50 fee.
This includes Rainbow Beach, The Sunshine Coast and Brisbane.
Any further than that, I will negotiate with you.
What is your policy on the deposit? Is it refundable?
I’m happy to reschedule for an emergency or bad weather. I understand that life happens and plans don’t always work out.
A deposit of $100 is required to book your date and time.
Full payment is required the day before the Photoshoot.
What is the difference between high resolution images and web size images?
High resolution images are large files that will print beautifully. I can not guarentee how they will turn out from high street printers but from a quality Printer they will print well.
Web size images are much smaller. They look exactly the same on a screen and you wouldn't be able to tell the difference. But they won't print well. They are low resolution and will likely print pixelated and poor quality. They are perfect for sharing images via email and viewing on a screen though.
