How does a Cake Smash Photoshoot work?
The Cake Smash take place in my home studio at The Palms or I can come to a location of your choice.
I will supply back drop and props but very happy to incorporate yours.
Family photos are taken prior to the Cake Smash.
Photos of your little one before the cake smash and afterwards in my little vintage bath tub.

I just ask $100 to book your date. (this is refunded against the final amount) The rest is payable on the day of the Photoshoot.
How long does it take?
A typical Cake Smash Photoshoot take approx 1 hour. Sometimes more and sometimes less depending on the baby.
You can bring as many outfit changes as you wish.
The 6-8 month Photoshoot takes approx 30-60 mins.
The Newborn session can last anywhere from 60 mins to 3 hours depending upon the baby.
Do I get A Sneak Peek?
I usually try and provide a sneak peek slideshow within a week of your Photoshoot.
This can either be made public on Facebook and Instagram or sent to you privately.
I will never show anything publicly without your permission.
What kind of gear do you use?
I have 3 professional camera's and a multitude of professional lenses and lighting gear.
Do I have to order prints through you?
This package does not include high resolution downloads. It comes with a mobile app that has all your images downloaded to your phone.
You may purchase high resolution downloads to print elsewhere however I can not guarantee the quality. I use a professional printing lab that produces quality archival prints. It only costs $50 to upgrade your framed print to an 8x12" matted fine art print.
How long before I receive my images to view and select?
I will try and have them ready for you within 3 weeks. Sooner if I can. I love working on my images to make them as beautiful as I can. And I love showing them to my clients.
So you can be assured I will be working as quickly as I can for you to see.
Do you travel outside the Gympie area?
Yes, absolutely!

How does a Newborn session work?
A typical Newborn Shoot can take from 1- 3 hours. It depends how settled the baby is and whether we need to stop for meal breaks. The baby is the star of the show so we go with their timetable.
What is your policy on the deposit? Is it refundable?
I’m happy to reschedule for an emergency or bad weather. I understand that life happens and plans don’t always work out.
I don’t refund for a change of mind or no show with no communication.
